Why this one

Short sessions. Honest claims. Nothing to unlearn.

Most focus guides promise a lot. This one tells you what the research supports, what it doesn’t, and how to practise safely.

Fits a real day

Each day is 10–17 minutes, with lighter days built in. Do the short version when you’re busy.

Evidence in plain English

Every method says what studies found, how strong the evidence is, and where it’s thin.

Beginner-safe

No forced breathing, no long breath holds, no flame gazing. Clear stop signs and adaptations in every chapter.

Questions

Before you decide.

Do I need yoga experience?

No. Every practice starts with a simple beginner version, and a chair is fine for all seated practices.

How much time does it take?

About 10–17 minutes a day, with lighter days on days 7, 14 and 21. A shorter 5–8 minute version is included for busy days.

Is this medical advice?

No. It’s educational and doesn’t diagnose or treat any condition. If you’re pregnant, or have a heart, lung, eye or balance condition, or a history of trauma or panic, speak with a qualified clinician first.

Will it improve my memory?

It can’t promise that. The guide explains what research does and doesn’t show, and pairs the practices with study methods that have stronger evidence, such as recall practice and good sleep.

What format is it?

A PDF you can read on a phone, tablet or computer, or print.
